How do I clean my Yogibo cover?
Maintenance is easy. Simply unzip the outer cover and machine wash it in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat to restore the fabric's elasticity and snug fit.
Can I use my Yogibo outdoors?
Our standard products are designed for indoor use. However, we offer a specific 'Zoola' collection featuring UV-protected and water-resistant covers specifically engineered for patios, decks, and poolside lounging.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for items in new condition. Please note that due to the size of our products, return shipping fees apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Does my Yogibo come with a warranty?
Yes, every Yogibo includes a one-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects on the seams and zippers of both the inner liner and outer cover.
Will I ever need to refill my Yogibo?
Over time and with heavy use, the micro-beads may compress slightly. We sell refill beads on our website so you can easily top off your furniture and bring it back to your preferred level of firmness.
